Please arrive a few minutes early — Sharon will greet you at the door and bring your family inside to meet Santa.

What your visit includes
Your $595 session fee covers a private hour with Santa, our artists’ time creating your heirloom portraits, and a $300 credit toward your artwork. Additional children are $55 each.
After your visit you’ll view your portraits and choose from our fine-art collections — a minimum artwork purchase of $895, with your $300 credit applied. Sales tax is added at checkout.

Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to The Ultimate Santa Experience — an interactive storybook experience:
- The session fee includes a one-hour Ultimate Santa Experience. Additional children may be added for $55 each; for more than four children, please call 530-409-3735 to arrange a custom session.
- Cousins will need their own appointment.
- Fine art offerings and portrait prices begin at $895 for a custom framed giclée art canvas (16×20).
- There is a minimum artwork purchase of $895 per session; your $300 session credit applies toward it.
- Images will be available to view at your ordering appointment, approximately 5–10 days after your session.
- Benton Photography Inc. retains complete worldwide copyright on all photographs and videos taken during the session.
Cancellation policy
Due to the limited nature of the sessions, the session fee is non-refundable in the event of client cancellation, but may be applied to a future session scheduled within 60 days. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate any problem attending your session time — we will be as flexible as Santa’s limited schedule allows.
