What it feels like to visit
Santa welcomes only a small number of families each season — an unhurried hour inside his cottage workshop, exactly the way the old stories promised.
A peek at what to expect
A short look at the visit, before you ever arrive.
The story begins long before you arrive
Your invitation from Santa
As your visit draws near, a special invitation finds its way to your home, inviting your child to visit Santa in his enchanted workshop.
The excitement begins long before little feet ever step through his workshop door — with a personal letter from Santa himself.
Introduce your child to Santa
While you're booking your visit, a brief questionnaire gives you the opportunity to introduce your child to Santa. Tell us about the things they love, favorite family traditions, questions they may have, and the little details only someone who knows them by heart would know.
We like to think of it as a quiet whisper in Santa's ear.
Look for the red truck
If you spot a certain 1946 pickup rumbling through town with Santa’s name on the door… the season is closer than you think.
The visit, step by step
From the moment you arrive, every part of the visit is unhurried and made just for your family.
- You reserve your visit
While you book, a brief questionnaire lets you introduce your child to Santa — a quiet whisper in his ear.
- A letter arrives at home
As your visit draws near, a personal letter from Santa himself finds its way to your child.
- You pull up to the cottage
Tucked among the grand oaks, with light glowing in every window.
- “Santa’s sleeping… let’s wake him”
Sharon meets you outside — the magic begins before you ever step in.
- Through the door
Little ones may slip in through Santa’s own little Elf Door.
- An hour together
Your child finds their name on the Nice List, peeks inside Santa’s bag, sees the globe he uses to plan Christmas Eve, shares milk and cookies, and hears one of Santa’s favorite stories.
- The keepsake
The feeling comes home as heirloom artwork, to keep all year long.
This hour has a way of helping parents slow down long enough to see something they don't always get to see in the busyness of everyday life — the wonder, curiosity, and joy that make this season of childhood so precious.
Kept in the workshop
The heart behind this place
Behind every visit are Sharon and Scot — the artists who built this world by hand, and who meet each family at the door.
