The visit, step by step

From the moment you arrive, every part of the visit is unhurried and made just for your family.

  1. You pull up to the cottage

    Tucked among the grand oaks, with light glowing in every window.

  2. “Santa’s sleeping… let’s wake him”

    Sharon meets you outside — the magic begins before you ever step in.

  3. Through the door

    Little ones may slip in through Santa’s own little Elf Door.

  4. Onto the Nice List

    Find your name waiting inside, and breathe the whole workshop in.

  5. Unhurried time with Santa

    No rushing, no line — just a quiet hour that feels wholly real.

  6. The keepsake

    The feeling comes home as heirloom artwork, to keep all year long.
